§ 34-55. Skateboarding on public streets and sidewalks.

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to operate, use, or otherwise drive, manipulate, or use a skateboard, or to otherwise go skateboarding, in any fashion on the streets or sidewalks in the central business district of the town, as defined in section 34-53, or on the walking trails or tennis courts located in the municipal park of the town.
