§ 4-2. Permit fees for sale of beverages of low alcoholic content.

(a)

There is hereby levied an annual permit fee against all persons who may during the year, engage in the business of selling either retail or wholesale beverages of low alcoholic content in the incorporated municipal limits of the town as follows:

Class B Retailer Dealer (Off-Premises Consumption)—$25.00.

(b)

All permit fees required herein for the sale of beverages of low alcoholic content are to be collected by the clerk of the town.
