§ 26-543. Penalty.

Upon the third violation by a child of this curfew article within a twelve-month period, the parent or caretaker shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court in accordance with the Children's Code of the State of Louisiana. Said punishment shall be in accordance with the Children's Code.
