§ 26-294. Tattooing and body piercing minors.

It is unlawful for any person to tattoo or body pierce any other person under the age of 18 without the consent of the parents of such person. Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00, or be imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days, or both.
