§ 26-155. Illegal posting.

(a)

Illegal posting is the posting or the placing and/or maintaining of posted signs on property by anyone other than:

(1)

The owner or his duly authorized agent or representative.

(2)

The lessee or his duly authorized agent or representative.

(3)

A person having the written permission of the owner or lessee.

(b)

Whoever commits illegal posting shall be fined not more than $500.00.
