§ 26-152. Fire-raising on lands of another with malice.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit fire-raising on lands of another with malice. Fire-raising on lands of another with malice is the malicious setting fire to any grass, leaves, brush, or debris on lands of another, or the procuring of the same to be done.
